1. Order Cancellation

  • Puja bookings can be cancelled before the scheduled puja time.

2. Refund Policy – Puja Services

You may request a refund within 15 days of booking only if:

  • The puja was not performed.
  • The puja was performed incorrectly or incompletely.
  • Your complaint is valid and verifiable.
❌ No refund will be provided after the 15-day period has passed.

3. Product Refund Eligibility

Refund is applicable under the following conditions:

  • 📦 Damaged product delivered
  • 🔄 Wrong product delivered
  • 🚚 Product lost in transit

Refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days after successful verification.

4. Refund Not Applicable For

  • Energized / Abhimantrit / Ritual-purified spiritual items
