The Sacred Significance
This Mahashivratri Special puja is spiritually associated with the collective sanctity of Dwadash Jyotirlinga Tirth Kshetra, bringing together the devotional essence of all twelve revered pilgrimage traditions into a single Kedarnath Kapaat Udghatan Samaroh ke pavitra avsar par kiya jaane wala Pratham Sarva Manokamna Poorti Rudrabhishek & Panchamrit Abhishek ek ati shaktishaali Shiv anushthan mana jata hai. Is din Kedarnath Dham mein Bhagwan Shiv ke darshan aur pooja ka mahatva kai guna badh jata hai, kyunki kapaat khulne ke baad yeh pehla pavitra samay hota hai jab bhakton ki prarthnayein seedhe Mahadev tak pahunchti hain. Rudrabhishek mein vedic mantron ke saath Shivling par jal, dugdh, dahi, shahad aur ghee se abhishek kiya jata hai, jo jeevan ke sabhi kashton ko door karne aur manokamna poorti ke liye atyant faldayak mana gaya hai.
Panchamrit Abhishek ke dwara sharirik, maanasik aur aadhyatmik shuddhi hoti hai, aur bhakt ko shanti, urja aur divya kripa ka anubhav hota hai. Yeh vishesh pooja sarva karya siddhi, raksha, swasthya aur aarthik samriddhi ke liye samarpit hoti hai. Is anushthan mein aapka naam aur gotra lekar sankalp kiya jata hai, jisse pooja ka phal seedhe aap tak pahunchta hai. Kedarnath Teerth Kshetra ki pavitra urja ke saath yeh Rudrabhishek jeevan mein naye avsar, safalta aur sukh-shanti ka marg prashast karta hai.
History of the Temple
Kedarnath Dham ka itihas Mahabharat kaal se juda hua hai, jahan Pandavon ne apne paapon ke prashchit ke liye Bhagwan Shiv ki aradhana ki thi. Is pavitra Teerth Kshetra mein har varsh kapaat khulne ke samay lakhon bhakt darshan ke liye aate hain aur Mahadev ki kripa prapt karte hain. Yahan ki pavitra bhoomi aur mandir ke aas-paas ka vatavaran bhakton ko aadhyatmik shanti aur divya anubhav pradan karta hai. Kedarnath mein ki gayi pooja ko jeevan ke bade se bade kashton ko door karne aur sukh-samriddhi lane wala mana gaya hai.
